In this Privacy Policy, we refer to our products and services as the "Service". Please read on to learn more about our data handling practices. Your use of the Service signifies that you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

Information we collect

Upon installation of the Service on your device and completion of the registration process, certain personally identifiable information may be gathered. Such information may be obtained during the download procedure, in accordance with the requested parameters, as well as when you register with us. As part of the registration process, you will be required to provide details such as your name, email address, gender, and city location, depending on the device(s) you are using. You may also choose to provide additional personally identifiable information, although this is not mandatory. Furthermore, during the installation of the Service on your device and upon registration, you may be prompted to grant us access to your address book. Should you grant permission, we will have access to the contact information stored in your address book, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and Facebook IDs, though notes or other personal details will not be accessible. The information collected will be stored on our servers and used to facilitate your use of the Service. For example, we may use the contact information to synchronize your contacts across various devices you intend to use with the Service.

We may gather non-personally identifiable information, including certain profile data such as preferences and country of residence. Additionally, information pertaining to your and others' interaction with the Service and our websites may be collected and stored, including but not limited to text messages , geographical usage, device and connection information, IP address, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, network type, and traffic to and from our websites.

Our applications provide a platform for users to share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos, and other communications with one another. Should you choose to share these items, they will be saved on our servers. It is important to note that if you do decide to share your communications with other users, we may not be able to remove them from our servers or prevent others from accessing them. Ultimately, the decision to send and share such information is up to you. By choosing to share this information, you should understand that you may lose control over how it is used and that it could become publicly available, depending on your actions or the actions of those with whom you have shared it. We are not responsible for any use or misuse of information that you share . Additionally, in the event that your conversation partner reports your abusive behavior or language to us, we may request the transfer of any conversation information, such as voices, screenshots, or content, which had been stored solely on your partner's device to our servers . We will then use this information to verify the legitimacy of the report and determine any necessary penalties.

We may collect and store user-generated content, such as photos, screenshots, comments, and other materials created on the Service. Please note that other users on our platform may take photos of you using the capturing function we provide, and these photos may be stored and used for our services and third-party services, such as Facebook. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please refrain from using the Service.

In order to complete a commerce transaction on our shop, you will be asked to provide payment information, including your credit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. We will securely transmit your information directly to a third-party vendor or merchant, who will collect the necessary information to process and fulfill your purchase. We do not process or store your payment information. However, we may retain other information related to your purchases made on the Service, including the merchant's name, transaction date and time, amount, and other behavioral data.

Your User Profile

Your user profile, or "Profile," may be shared with your contacts, but you have control over its contents and can access and modify it at any time through the application. If you choose to register using your Facebook account (e.g., Facebook Connect ), we may store your Facebook ID and corres store the token on our servers and, with your explicit consent, access and collect certain information from your Facebook account, such as your name, email address, profile picture, friends list, and birthday. Your profile is visible to other users of our services who connect with you on our applications. Unless you opt out, your profile may also be discoverable by other users, such as in a contact list showing your relationships with other users. However, you can prevent your profile from being discovered by anyone in your contact list at any time. If you or your friends use the Facebook Login service, we may also pre-populate your profile with certain information, such as your name and Facebook profile picture.

Data access and deletion

You have complete control over the information you share with us through the Service. You can adjust settings within the Service or on your mobile device to manage your information, or you can delete the Service entirely from your device. If you decide to delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete your data from our servers. However, any personally identifiable information you share with other users within the Application via text messages, photos, videos or other means, or any information you submit on our Site's blogs, bulletin boards or chat rooms, may be viewed by others and use, may result in unsolicited messages or identity theft. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use resulting from your decision to share your information.

You have the right to request access into the data that we are processing on you, see Article 15 of the GDPR, including information about:

Furthermore, you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. Please note that the access may be restricted due to intellectual property or trade secrets.

2) The right to object

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation when the data are processed based on the balancing-of interest rule in Section 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, see Article 21 of the GDPR. In this case, we will cease the processing unless there is compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. We will cease the processing of your personal data for this purpose after the objection. Please note that if you exercise this right, your user license to use the Service will cease automatically.

3) Right to rectification and erasure

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified, see Article 16 of the GDPR. Furthermore, you have the right to have your personal data erased where one of the following grounds applies, see Article 17 of the GDPR:

- if you have objected to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing,

- the personal data have been unlawfully processed or the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services.

Please note that your right to erasure may be limited if the data are necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

4) Right to withdraw consentYou have the right to obtain restriction of processing in certain circumstances, see Article 18 of the GDPR. If you have the right to restriction, we will only process your data with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim or to protect a person or important grounds of public interest the right to withdraw consent. If we have asked for your consent to our processing of your data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, see Article 7 of the GDPR. If you withdraw your consent, we will cease processing of the data for which you have withdrawn consent, unless we have a legal obligation to keep some or parts of your data. Please note that if you withdraw your consent, your user license to use the Services will cease automatically. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

5) The right to data portabilityYou have the right to receive the personal data you have provided us with which we process in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller if the processing is based on consent or contract performance, see Article 20 of the GDPR.
