AI Lovers Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Lovers!
These AI Lovers Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and AI Lovers. By using AI Lovers, you agree to these AI Lovers Terms of Service, as they may be updated from time to time.
1. Open exploration platform (AI enthusiasts).
AI Lovers is a platform that makes AI convenient for everyone in a natural, simple and intuitive way. Bots in AI Lovers are powered by third-party large language models ("LLMs") and developers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Meta. AI Lovers may also allow you to create your own bots powered by these third-party method masters. You can use bots for multiple purposes ranging from learning, writing help, translation, programming help, summarizing, entertainment and many other purposes. 2. Age and Authority Requirements.
Use of AI Lovers by anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited. You represent that you are over the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or, if you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these AI Lovers Terms of Service and confirm that they accept these terms on your behalf and are responsible for your Used responsibly. Bots accessed through AI Lovers may produce content that is inappropriate for minors.
If you accept these AI Lovers Terms of Service on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept the AI Lovers Terms on their behalf. You may not provide your access credentials or account to others, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Your use of Artificial Intelligence Enthusiasts.
3.1 Use by AI enthusiasts. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AI Lovers and its Robots.
3.2 User confirmation. You acknowledge and agree:
Bots accessed through AI Lovers should not be relied upon in emergency situations; bots may claim to perform actions for you in the real world but may not take any action other than responding to you;
Bots accessed through AI Lovers may not generate accurate information and the information provided may be out of date. You should independently verify responses or suggestions provided by any bots on AI Lovers. AI Lovers does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of any information provided through AI Lovers;
AI Lovers and the bots on AI Lovers are subject to modifications and changes and may contain bugs, design flaws, or other problems;
Use of AI Lovers or the bots on AI Lovers may result in unintended results, loss of data or communications, or other anticipated or unexpected damage or loss;
AI Lovers or the Robots on AI Lovers may not function properly, be in final form, or be fully functional; Your access to AI Lovers or the Robots is not guaranteed and AI Lovers and the Robots are provided "as is";
3.3 Restricted Use. You agree not to use AI Lovers or bots on AI Lovers to:
Violate the rights of another party or any applicable law;
Violate any of these Terms or our policies, or the policies of the third-party providers powering the bots on AI Lovers.
Reverse assemble, decompile, decompile, translate or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of models, algorithms and systems of artificial intelligence enthusiasts, robots or their underlying technologies;
Abuse, harm, interfere with, reverse engineer or disrupt artificial intelligence enthusiasts, bots or their underlying technology, such as by accessing or using them in a fraudulent or deceptive manner, introducing malware, or spamming, hacking or bypassing any protection measures ;
Use AI Lovers or bots in an automated manner, such as in excess of any rate limits specified by us from time to time;
Use AI hobbyists or bots to develop products, applications, services, base models or other large-scale models that compete with AI hobbyists, bots and their underlying technology;
or
Indicates that bot-generated content (defined below) is human-generated.
3.4 Feedback. We welcome your feedback and suggestions on how to improve AI Lovers or the bots on AI Lovers. By submitting Feedback, you agree to grant us the right, in our sole discretion, to use, reproduce, disclose, create derivative works from, display, publish and otherwise exploit the Feedback, in whole or in part, freely and without any compensation.

4. Your content.
4.1 Your Content. AI Lovers may allow you to ask questions, create bookmarks, vote or like, post or share bot conversations within or outside AI Lovers. All materials you upload, post or display on AI Lovers, as well as any results received by robots you access through AI Lovers based on your prompts (or other input) ("Robot-Generated Content"), will be collectively referred to as "You Content."
Other users may ask questions on AI Lovers and receive responses from bots similar to or identical to yours. Content received by other users is not considered your Content.
4.2 Your Robot. AI Lovers may allow you to create bots powered by third-party LLMs or add your own bots to AI Lovers for user interaction (each bot is a "your bot"). Your bot will be associated with your AI Lovers profile name. You are under no obligation to create a bot, but if you choose to create a bot, you are responsible for ensuring that the content is legal and does not violate these Terms, our policies, or the policies of any third-party MLP that powers your bot. If your bot violates these Terms, our policies, or the policies or applicable law of any third-party MLM providing support for your bot, AI Lovers may, in its sole discretion, remove your bot. AI Lovers is not responsible for your Bot, any of its content, or anyone else’s use of your Bot.
4.3 Ownership. You retain ownership of your Content, subject to the non-exclusive rights granted in Section 4.5 below.
4.4 Your Responsibilities. You acknowledge and agree that the bots accessed through AI Lovers answer your questions based on knowledge derived from a variety of sources. AI Lovers provides access to a variety of underlying technologies, including third-party providers using LLM. LLM is a machine learning system for processing and generating text. You agree that you are responsible for your Content and your Robots, including ensuring that they do not violate any applicable laws, these Terms (including the restricted use in Section 3.3 above), our policies or the policies of any third party J.M. for AI Powered by robots in Lovers.
If your content or your bot violates these Terms, our policies, the policies of any third-party methodologists powering bots in AI Lovers, or violates any applicable regulations, we reserve the right to block, remove and/or or the right to permanently delete your content or robots. laws or regulations, or whether it poses a risk to AI Lovers or negatively affects the experience of other AI Lovers users.
4.5 Our use of your content. We may use your content and bots to provide and improve AI Lovers, including:
Submit your questions and prompts to Third Methodology Masters to generate responses
Show your content to others if you use the sharing feature in AI Lovers
Make your bot available for others to use and interact with in AI Lovers
Promote your shared content or your bot to others
Understand your usage of AI Lovers to comprehensively improve the AI Lovers service
We may also need to use or disclose your Content to comply with applicable laws, enforce these AI Lovers Terms of Service and our policies, and detect and prevent fraud, security or technical issues.
By using AI Lovers, you grant us a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and perpetual license to use your Content and your Robots as described above.
5. Termination.
You may stop using AI Lovers or terminate these AI Lovers Terms of Service at any time, for any or no reason, by deleting your account in your settings. We may terminate your access to AI Lovers and/or these AI Lovers Terms of Service at any time, for any or no reason, upon [7] days' prior notice to you, or immediately upon governmental request, a technical shutdown, a change in our control, or immediately. When we discover that you have violated these AI Enthusiast Terms. Any data collected prior to termination may continue to be used in accordance with these Terms. The following provisions shall survive any termination of these Terms: Section 3.4 (Feedback), Sections 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5 (Your Content), Section 5 (Termination) and Section 7 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability).
6. Privacy.
As detailed in the AI Lovers Privacy Policy, we may collect certain personal information (including contact information, etc.) related to your use of AI Lovers. Your account information is anonymized before being shared with third-party LLM providers and developers. Third-party developers and LLM providers may receive details about your interactions with bots on AI Lovers (including the content of your chats, likes, etc.) in order to provide responses and generally improve the Service. We will not ask you to share any sensitive personal information (such as credit card information, Social Security information, etc.) with the bot. Your voluntary disclosure of such personal information to third parties on our Platform may be beyond our control and exposed to robots.
Various risks may arise and you will be solely responsible for the disclosure of such personal information. 7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for loss or damage suffered by you in connection with your use of the AI Lovers Services or these Terms will be limited to the amount of AI you have paid to AI Lovers in the preceding twelve (12) months in connection with the claim arising out of the AI Lovers Services.
We cannot guarantee the availability of AI Lovers or any bot, feature or service offered through AI Lovers. While we continue to develop new features, add bots, and improve AI Lovers, we may add or remove features or bots without notice to you, limit the use or availability of features or bots entirely (or only in certain places or for Certain users)) If they create risk to AI enthusiasts, users of AI enthusiasts, third parties powering the robots, then they no longer make sense from a business perspective or for any reason in our sole discretion. We also cannot guarantee that your use of AI Lovers will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that you will not experience an outage of service. We are not responsible for any errors, interruptions or interruptions in service that may occur.
